Sunray® Awarded Government Safety & Decorative Film Project - Michigan
Sunray® Window Films has been awarded a Fragment Retention Window Film & newly added Decorative Window Film project in Michigan. This government 7 mil project (3000 sq ft.) came directly from our website. This lead was automatically sent out to an Authorized 3M Dealer via Email. To my surprise... the dealer failed to contact the customer. Sunray® contacted the owner to see if the dealer had called him back. The owner of the building was frustrated that the Find A Dealer form was filled out but... the dealer did not get back to them. He asked if we were still interested in bidding the project?
As you can see... we were very interested!
I cannot emphasize enough... Check your email for leads from Sunray® and take them seriously. Just the other day, Sunray® gave a lead to Xtreme Tint in Madison AL for a Commercial window film application. This is what the customer wanted:

Today's 3M Window Films can certainly accomplish that, but they are so much more! The latest developments, and the topic we will be focusing on this morning, is in the area of Safety and Security, where 3M's Fragment Retention and Adhesive technologies combine to present a solution to a variety of situations ranging from basic Commercial/Retail window-smash and high-wind storm protection to Bomb-Blast glass fragment retention which will protect against injury from flying glass shards in the event of an explosion . These window films have found their way into numerous Commercial, Retail, Government and even some high-end private environments where the protection of workers, the public and property is a concern.

3M / Sunray Donate Film 2008 YMCA Dreamhouse
Every year about this time we get together with the YMCA and donate our
time and 3M donates their window film. This year, we installed 3M
Prestige 70 window film to go along with the theme “Lake County YMCA GREEN House“. The 3M Prestige 70 is a beautiful film clear film reduces energy by lowering 97% of the infrared heat and 99.9% of the damaging ultraviolet rays.
Not only does this film reduce energy and UV, but it is great for those homeowners that decided to film only half of the home one year and install 3M Prestige the following year, the home doesn’t look funny… To be more specific, the 3M Prestige 70/60 when installed are very hard to determine what windows are filmed compared to the windows that are not filmed.
This is great for a homeowner because it doesn’t have to be “dark ” in order to protect your furnishings from fading or saving energy for your home. 3M Prestige 70/60 window film has the performance, look, and quality from a company that has developed many products that your trust and use every day. From Post it notes, to Scotch Brite pads, to Filtrete filters, to Scotchtape, etc…
